Coaching changed my life six years ago and I have spent that time devoting myself to learning the magic of change, motivation and finding authenticity.
About Me
My name is Kelly and I am so happy you found me because I have been looking for you! After spending a decade in TV news as a reporter and anchor, I made the big leap to my soul’s purpose; connecting with others who have the sneaking suspicion there is more to life than meets the eye. I have been where you are. I started hosting women’s circles and absolutely loved it, but wanted to know more. I went back and got my Masters and became a registered counsellor in Ontario and Nova Scotia. I love that work but coaching has always called me. I’m a forward-looking gal, all about momentum and love cooking up new ideas with amazing women like you.

Full Moon Circles are ancient acts of sisterhood and we are honoured to continue the tradition, albeit with a modern take. Come meditate, share and journal on the themes of the moon, whether it be New or Full.
